Kris specialises in adaptation alongside training for purpose. Kris has been an Infantry soldier, a private military contractor and a bodyguard to the stars. These may seem like similar roles, however each required a very different approach to fitness and ability. A career of chasing challenge and adventure, has inevitably come with injuries, leading Kris to a passion for adaptation for performance.
Kris knows from experience, that injuries are not the end of a life of adventure. They are merely an obstacle. He is constantly striving to learn as much as possible about the human body, and what it is truly capable of.
Kris specialises in programming for individuals that are short on time but heavy on ambition. As a husband, father and security professional who is travelling internationally on a monthly basis,, creating realistic, progressive and challenging programmes became a necessity.
If you travel a lot, are short on time, spend countless nights in hotels or have minimal access to a gym, it’s not the stopping block that you may think it is. There is always a way to chase progress. There is always a way to get prepared for the next adventure.
