The Blackthorn is our annual major challenge. You finish where you started. But you won’t be the same person. Take back control of your own life, build your own legend and have an epic adventure, with the story to tell forever.

The next edition of the Blackthorn is:

This year, we are recruiting for a team to cycle the entire length of Ireland, from Malin Head to Mizen Head. AND BACK AGAIN. This is an expedition that will see you cycle X thousand miles and will take in the best sites and sounds that Ireland has to offer. It is an adventure that is sure to be as memorable and transformative as it is epic.

The Blackthorn programme includes:

  • Personal Consultation and Needs Analysis

  • Personally assigned coach

  • Individualised Training Programme written specifically for you, adaptable as and when required.

  • Daily Whatsapp contact as required

  • Weekly Coach check in / training review

  • Training Camp 1 (Two Days)

  • Training Camp 2 (Two Days)

  • Training Camp 3 (Two Days)

  • Training Camp 4 (Two Days)

  • HOW MANY TRAINING CAMPS? SPECIFY ACCOMMODATION NOT INCLUDED FOR THESE?

  • 12 (?) Day Expedition, Malin to Mizen and Back
